Order Fulfilment and Dispatch

Jay Tec Electronics operates on a just-in-time fulfilment model. We do not hold large quantities of stock. Instead, most items are sourced from local UK suppliers after you place your order. This allows us to provide fresh, up-to-date listings and competitive pricing.

We aim to process and dispatch orders on the same day when placed before 2PM on a business day, subject to supplier availability. In rare situations where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to wait, select an alternative item, or request a full refund.
